RESCHEDULED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – THURSDAY 27 AUGUST 2026 Registrations 10.30am, Meeting 11.00am at the Club.

Financial Members who cannot attend the AGM are encouraged to complete a PROXY form nominating another financial member attending the AGM to vote on their behalf.

Completed PROXY forms must be returned to the office before the AGM meeting.

Light refreshments will be served after the AGM.

A Call for Nominations for the new Committee for the 2026–2027 year is now open. Nomination forms are available from the Club. Please consider nominating for a position on the Committee — it is a rewarding opportunity to give back to the local seniors community.
